Since launching in March 2010, the Mt Eliza Farmers' Market has become widely recognised for its high quality produce and is a wonderful place to meet with friends and family, to meander the stalls, watch the entertainment and stop into some of the local stores for quirky finds.
When visiting the Mt Eliza Farmers' Market you will find (depending on the season), certified organic and conventionally grown vegetables, juicy stonefruit, Red Hill apples and Pears, locally made cheeses, free-range eggs, pasture-fed beef, lamb and pork. Organic leafy greens, hand harvested potatoes, bramble berries, strawberries, cider, boutique beers and wines, authentic woodfired sourdough breads, freshly squeezed juices, gourmet sausages, British style pork delicacies such as pork pies, organic olives and olive oil, organic herbal tea blends, juicy sweet corn, asparagus, dried fruit and nuts, Mt Martha Mussels and not to mention a variety of healthy breakfast options and hot food to eat and share at the market. Held on the 4th Sunday of every month, the Mt Eliza Farmers Market bursts to life from 9am - 1:00pm with families, food and fun.
