Our music driven classes cater to all ages and fitness levels. We'll show you how to use our brand of dance and fitness to quieten your mind, fuel your heart, and strengthen your body.

Dance Classes


Latin
Get a fiesta fusion of styles from the Latin genres such as Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba and more, get your hips moving as you learn step patterns to all the Latin Rhythms. You will learn the fundamentals and techniques for that style and a mini routine so you can build on your new dance skills.

Salsa
The word salsa itself means sauce which can be hot and spicy, this is a perfect description for this style with its soft tones and hard instrumental highlights you just can't get enough. This is a very popular South American style that consists of step patterns, technique fundamentals, and styling. Spend time polishing the techniques and characteristics of your dance.

Ballet (inc Barre)
Develop basic positions - of course you've heard of 1st, 2nd, 3rd position etc right? Our Ballet class is perfect for anyone wanting to try ballet but have never had the chance or those wanting a stroll down memory lane - reliving those childhood memories.

Beginning with exercises at the Barre designed to lengthen your muscles, tone and even improve posture. You will develop basic technique and then learn steps that will be put together in a routine. Ballet is awesome to build your skills and confidence and it is super fun learning to Pirouette, Balance and Plie.

Jazz (inc Broadway)
Jazz combines techniques from other dance forms such as Ballet and Lyrical. This class will cover the diverse range of Jazz styles. Learn to turn, kick-ball-change and of course 'Jazz hands'. You will walk out the door with a whole new spring in your step!

Contemporary
Let's get free and move the way we want to. Contemporary dance rejects a lot of the strict rules that are part of ballet, instead, focusing on the expression of movement and emotions within the music. You will learn choreography to a song and practice the routine. This class may involve floor work. This class will let your spirit soar and get lost in the music and movement.

Hip Hop
Yo, yo.... Hip Hop has evolved from the culture of the early 80's, now including even more diverse flavours such as popping, locking, krumping and even house!

It is often seen as the street style of dance as therefore has no rules on what can be done, giving it the street cred and huge popularity. You will learn Hip Hop moves to pumping tracks and put together steps in a choreographed routine.

Kids
We teach a broad range of kids classes. We focus on fun, and fitness through jazz and hip hop. Classes range in age groups from 5-15 years of age. We teach classes and personal sessions for those kids wanting to achieve medals and performances.

Dance Fitness Classes


Dance Tone
Time to shake it off and sweat it out! Dance Tone will give you a full body workout, combining medium to high intensity dance moves with cardio fitness. You will improve muscle tone, strength and get your endorphins flowing. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or on the more experienced side, you can go at your own pace and see big results. Imagine having fun burning calories and building lean muscle. You'll be so busy busting a move you won't even notice you are working out. Forget the gym, try a Dance Tone class.

Gentle Movers
Get into fitness with this low impact, dance fitness class that's great for moving without high intensity or high impact movements.

If you are recovering from an injury or just wanting a less 'intense' class. Gentle Movers will help you to gain confidence and develop your fitness with fresh tracks, giving you all the joy of moving to music without high impact or full cardio. It may be a stepping stone to our other classes or simply a comfortable class that suits you.

Latin Rhythms
If you love Latin music and dancing then this is the class for you. Latin Rhythms is filled with all your favourite dance styles like Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, Bachata and more. It is medium to high intensity and will get your heart pumping, ensuring you get both a great workout and a chance to dance all the fun, sexy and athletic dances that the style 'Latin' covers!

Mature Movers
If you're 55+ and love dancing then this is a class for you. Mature Movers is a low impact class designed to cater to the mature aged members of our community so you can have fun moving and grooving in a very social environment. Dance is food for the body, mind, and spirit. This class is fitness that will ignite your spirit!

Zumba
Get your body pumping with Zumba! A dance fitness class that is medium to high intensity with a Latin and international music flavour. Move to the beat with routines that incorporate interval training with tracks alternating between fast and slow tempos to keep you moving.

Fitness Classes


Barre Tone
Experience building and strengthening your muscles using a Ballet Barre for support, improving your core strength and giving your body a lean and toned look. This is a great alternative to Strength 'N' Tone classes without the floorwork. Barre Tone has all the benefits of pilates and more.

Strengthen 'N' Tone
Yoga mat needed! Don't like weights?? Do you want to feel strong, get toned, and work hard? Well, this is the class for you. Strength and Tone is a high-energy, motivating class that will get your blood pumping and your muscles feeling stronger.

This is a pure fitness class where you will mix High-Intensity cardio, bodyweight exercises, and floor work to switch on those important core muscles.

This is the perfect class to alternate with Cardio such as Dance Tone. Consistently attend these sessions and you are going to feel strong.

Yoga Stretch
The most important thing we should all do is Stretch! Without taking the time to consciously stretch our mobility and flexibility decrease, which inhibits free movement and increases our chances of injury.

This Stretch class allows your muscles to lengthen through a combination of Yoga and conventional stretching positions. This is a great class to finish off either a busy day, week or workout.
