Jets conducts a range of programs at each of its centres:
Mini Jets is a daytime gymnastics based program for 2-6 year olds. At Jets we know the first 5 years of a child’s life are the most important in the development of both gross and fine motor skills. All programs we offer encourage children to develop their self confidence and esteem through movement.
Our Fun Gym program is the introductory level to the wonderful sport of gymnastics. Designed for Children 5-12 years of age this program provides the basics and foundations of the sport in a fun and dynamic atmosphere.
Our Stars program is designed to provide specific challenges for all students, allowing them to develop a range of gymnastic skills beyond the basic level. Key basic skills are mastered (including rolls, swings and balancing) and enhanced with a continued emphasis on the physical development of each child including their strength, flexibility and coordination.
Our Gymstar program is an extension of our Stars program. The Gymstar program allows development in a range of gymnastic skills. Key skills are mastered (including cartwheels, handstands and pullovers) and enhanced with a continued emphasis on the physical development of each child including their strength, flexibility and coordination.
Jets Gymnastics aims to have the best competitive gymnastics program in the world. Previous athletes at Jets include Liz Wong (Sydney Olympics Squad Member), Lizzy Garder (Victorian Champion and now ranked 8th in the world in Aerial Skiing), Stephanie Moorhouse (Bronze Medalist 2003 World Championships) & Georgia Bonora (2008 Bejiing Finalist)
Seriously Fun! That's what most people say from their experience trampolining
Students learn lots of basic trampolining skills, jumping and twisting as well as developing strength, coordination, spatial awareness, courage and flexibility. When these skills are mastered students progress on to learning somersaulting and associated activities.
Sport Aerobics is a highly energetic activity involving strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination all performed to music. Aerobics can be done for fun or as a competitive sport as an individual or as a group.
Come along to any of our Free Play Days and have a play at Jets with your pre-school child (ages 1-6 years).
All of our great kinder equipment will be set up for you to play on as well as our traditional gymnastics equipment including trampolines, rings, ropes, beams, bars and much, much more.

Group Fitness for Adults
Group Fitness is a Gymnastics Based fitness program for Teenagers and Adults.
Classes involve Warm Ups and Stretching followed by core and general strengthening activities. Gymnastics skill learning is then performed on all gymnastics equipment including trampolines, bars, beams, floor.
Every Saturday afternoon and Sunday Jets opens its doors so that kids can celebrate their birthday with the most fun ever! Our parties last for 2 hours - with one and a half hours of fun filled activities in the gym and the last half hour in our party room. Gym activities include games, trampolining activities games and free time and bungees for the birthday child.
