Crown's Christmas Spectacular is exactly that. SPECTACULAR!
Each year, Crown is proud to present Australia's largest and most spectacular display of Christmas decorations. Continuing a true Melbourne tradition, Crown will again amaze guests and light up the Grand Atrium for Christmas this December.
Feel the magic of everyone's favourite holiday as Crown transforms into a wonderland filled with live entertainment family fun and lashings of Christmas cheer.
Program for Christmas 2023
Crown's Live Christmas Show
Featuring 12 professional dancers, a live vocalist, and a special appearance from Santa Claus, the fast-paced performance, which runs for 10 minutes, will be set against a festive soundtrack and impressive costumes.
1pm, 3pm and 5pm from Saturday 16th December 2023 to Sunday 24th December 2023
Carols In The Atrium
Post the Atrium show, the Australian Girls or Australian Boys Choir will take to the staircase and perform uplifting carols for 15-minutes for the audience to get into the Christmas spirit.
1.10pm 3.10pm and 5.10pm from Saturday 16th December 2023 to Sunday 24th December 2023
Photos with Santa
Santa will be on his throne for guest photos at the Atrium daily from Friday 1 December until Christmas Eve:
Monday - Friday, 11am - 5pm
Saturday & Sunday, 10am - 5pm
Note: Santa will sometimes take a 20 minute break tending to his reindeers.
Christmas Laser Light Show
Crown Melbourne's exterior facade will be brought to life with a festive-themed laser light show from 11 December until Christmas Day, showcasing Christmas theming and colours onto the side of Crown Towers Melbourne. The 15-minute laser light show will take place daily at 9.00pm and 11.30pm.
Christmas on the Riverwalk
From 1 December, Crown Melbourne's Riverwalk will transformed into a Christmas wonderland, with the iconic Crown Gas Brigades being lit in green and red, as well as a neon light installation created by renowned Melbourne artist, Carla O'Brien. The neon light installation will serve as the perfect backdrop for passersby to capture their Christmas Instagram shot in the heart of Melbourne.
