Our kids entered the Play Centre, saw this humongous play structure and took off in its direction. Within one nanosecond (or less) they had disappeared into the midst of the hulking monstrosity. If you are the type of person who needs to keep an eye on your kids all the time then this Play Centre may not be for you. It's a myriad of netting, levels and slides.

There are some unique elements including what I call the "Science Cage". Inside here are various devices which have air blowing up soft colourful balls into the air. One device in here blows the balls into a basket high above and the contents are periodically tipped over everyone below - a dry version of the big bucket which fills up and tips water on everyone at some Aquatic Centres!

On the side is a very high, very scary, red dual slide, whose position can be located based on all the screams and a shorter but equally steep green slide and an air slide. The structure also has some tunnel slides of various shapes which are not quite as terrifying. There are also horizontal sections of pipe for crawling along. The structure has lots of obstacles such as Burmese bridges, balance beams, tunnels and sloping walkways. A path (or alternatively a tunnel slide) leads over to an elevated area with a huge jumping castle.

There is a large fenced off toddler area (ages 1-3) with safety gate. This area has a bouncy castle, castle play area with slide, large soft variously shaped obstacles to climb over, multi-level area with hanging obstacles which ends with a helicopter cockpit, ball pit and soft enclosed square for play. This area is carpeted.

In the middle of the building is a large area with lots of small tables which can be joined up in any configuration you like. At the other end is a party area with five party rooms which surround an area with large tables for the parents. The rooms have only basic decoration on the walls with a space theme.

There are toilets at both ends of the building. Magazines are provided from a reading rack. If quality is measured in how difficult it was to extract the kids and get them home then this place is a winner. Even though all ages could enjoy this place, it is more suited to older kids. When we visited the Centre was understaffed which meant that someone had to go back and forth between reception and the food preparation area and the two areas were around a corner from one another. This often meant that there was no-one at reception when customers arrived which can be irritating - especially when the kids are primed for action.

Had my sons party there last year. Disgusting food platters were empty for what u pay for. They tried charging us for food that never even made it to the tables. Disgusted in the whole service. Think they need a great worker like me to help them strive and make people want to have parties there. We will NEVER go here again, even our 3 yr old hated it and said Mummy from now on let's just keep having my parties at home.

Took the kids today and they had a ball, great equipment with plenty to do and keep the kids interested for hours. The entry price was ok but the food was resonably priced and quick service. The place was clean and organised. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning.

I had my sons party there and found the staff to be very helpful, the food was fresh and served on time. My host explained the party procedure clearly, the kids enjoyed themselves and I went home to a clean house and exhausted children. I am happy to recommend Kids Space for a party.

I had my daughters birthday party there on a Saturday its expensive for what you get. I think l'ld just have to sit down and kick back but no I was the one serving the food and looking after my friends little kids. This was an outrage I think you should bring your own cake because theres is tiny to feed all the kids. Is this what I paid for to come to. I reckon you should never have a childs birthday party here. Over all the kids had a great time but not the parents.

Had my daughters birthday party there on the weekend, quite expensive for what you get, parents book play centres to relax not to do the staffs job, although the young lady I had was nice. All staff and owners need training in food handling, food came out in bowls dumped on the table for all kids to stick their dirty hands on, when I took over to stop kids handling all the food there were no tongs to serve food with, so I had to tip food on kids plates so not to finger it all myself. I asked for tongs and yes 2 tiny pairs came after food was served but 2 for 14 bowls hmmmm. Also why are the parents left to serve the food to the children? Is this what we have paid for coming to a play centre. I think owners and managers should look into this matter as food service is not at a health standard and I know this very well. Over all the kids enjoyed but not the mother.
