Binnak Park Playground, Anderson Parade, Watsonia North
Playground with a lot of All Abilities access but lacking in real excitement for older kids. Playground has more rubbish bins per square metre than any other playground I have seen - but I can understand the reason for that - they form the canvas for some lovely indigenous paintings (as well as the toilet walls). The playground has some large rope climbing frames, two little slides, family size see-saw, three kangaroo springers, two stand-on spinners and swings (one with a harness).
Plenty of blocky unshaded wooden tables and seats, BBQs, water tap and toilets. Next to an oval and large grassy area.
Binnak Park has BBQ, bicycle trail, carpark, fitness equipment, pavilion/hall, picnic table, toilets and wetland.
