Having moved to the area recently I decided to try this playcentre with my two little ones. I must say we really enjoyed it. It's an excellent place for the toddlers and preschool aged kids. Lots of things to play with. My 4yo loved the dress ups and the little supermarket while my 2yo was just happily exploring everything. It was very safe too compared to the big playcentres where I have to constantly worry about the older kids running my ones down. They have a simple lunch menu with sandwiches and the usual playcentre hot food. The coffee was very nice too. We'll definitely be visiting again soon.

This is a great play space for toddlers and preschoolers if they're not the "wild and energetic" types. Staff are extremely welcoming and the coffee and toasties were great. A great option if you want a relaxing time in someone else's playroom! An amazing shop and doll area and I disagree that it's too expensive. They clearly gave to pay for staff, equipment and a double fronted shop in a popular shopping strip. My 3 and 5 yr olds are happy. Tracey

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is a PATHETIC excuse for a play centre. It's basically a room of toys. I paid $24 for my three and my youngest stayed in the pram and slept the whole time. I don't care how clean it is, I want to see my kids running around and wearing themselves out. There is a step to get into this place too. Not exactly easy when you have a pram and 2 small children plus trying to open the door as well. No on-site parking either. Way too hard and so not worth it.

It's important to know this place is babies and toddler aimed only. If you have kinder or primary aged kids you need to look elsewhere. If you fit the baby / toddler category however you have found a lovely safe place for crawling babies and unsteady toddlers to explore at peace, and you can enjoy a coffee with a friend whilst they are safe. This is about the only place I would let a crawling baby free. However it is pretty much like a small childcare facility in range and layout and not suitable for any kid over 4. Think of it as the lounge room you had always wanted for your toddler but without having to clean and bake before your friends come around with their kids! I actually think my lively 3yo has outgrown it now and sadly it's the end of our days here, but there are plenty of other fun indoor places for her and the 4yo's and over but this is not one of them. Rejoice in this little peaceful place for your tiniest of kids! By the way, we have often had prams in here and it's never been a problem: there's lots of room in the main play area for prams. After multiple regular visits I had never been asked to pack a pram away. The girl who works there was always sweet.

This place is a joke! Thought it would be a real play centre, but it's just a room of old, tired toys that every kid has at home or childcare, with the further insult of charging EIGHT dollars!!! Play centers of comparable cleanliness and parent facilities charge much less than that and have legitimate play equipment (slides etc) for children. After all that, the person serving us was so incredibly rude, demanding I put my pram away despite my sleeping baby being inside of it.
