Waterloo Crescent Playground, St Kilda
Set on a block of land surrounded by buildings. Simple low structure with slide, walkway, steps, chain ladder, steering wheel and fireman's pole. Also springer, see-saw and one swing without a safety chain. BBQ and shaded table and seat. Some of the playground receives shade from trees. Small grassy area.
Seems to be a waiting room for the local doctor's surgery. Apart from that it does not seem to get much use except as an area for dogs - as one lady said "There are more dogs than children in this area"
