Como Park Playground, Como Avenue, South Yarra
Smallish structure with curved slide, inclined climbing wall, tic-tac-toe, fireman's pole, shop front, low stepping stones, disks on vertical pole and abacus. Also a see-saw, four swings (one with safety chain), fish springer and very large rope climbing frame with a metal slide as an exit. The ladder gets very hot in summer - I thought the council would be designing playgrounds and not solar panels able to provide power to the electricity grid!
Seat with possible shade. Fully enclosed by a fence with safety gates. Outside the fenced area are two tables with metal tops (thankfully partly shaded) and a shelter with large seats. Lovely elevated views of the cricket grounds below. Dogs off leash area.
