Train Street Park Playground, Train Street, Highett
What could be more appropriate than building a train themed playground in Train Street next to a train line and train station. Sounds like one of my ideas - bleeding obvious! The train theme is beautifully executed. There is a train line with train shaped structure with wheels, tunnel wave slide, ladder, steps and steering wheel (too high for small kids). There is also a two person rocker on an open wagon (like the Coyote uses to catch the Road Runner). Also swings.
Totally enclosed by a fence with safety gate. Seat with possible shade. Unfortunately some morons had covered the train with graffiti.
