Tulip Grove Park Playground, Tulip Grove, Cheltenham
Small fenced playground with a gate but no lock. There is an elevated wooden cubby with slide, table, seats and steps - the first step is a giant one for little kids. Also four horse rocker and nice sized sand pit. Shaded seat and water tap.
