Stratford Apex Park Playground, Apex Park Road, Stratford
Playground has a medieval theme with castle, huge dragon, stocks (for children who haven't behaved well during the car trip), sword in a rock, ramps, play areas, abacus, small climbing wall, scrambling wall, tic-tac-toe, distorting mirror, stand-on spinners, triple curving slide (ideal for families with triplets), see-saw, flags flying on flag poles and swings. The castle has a large wooden table which is ideal for medieval banquets, unshaded table and seat.
There is a shelter nearby with BBQs and tables. Toilets and water tap. The playground is on the opposite side of the road from the Stratford swimming pool.
