Coaching Programs
Little Tots Tennis 3-5 Years
Little Tots Tennis is a specially designed exciting pre- tennis program for 3-5 year old children which focuses on the basic fundamentals of hand eye co-ordination, stroke development (using specialised equipment) and the development of motor skills. We focus on basic tracking of the ball, balance, agility, and catching by using modified equipment to help your child develop and improve the necessary skills to develop basic strokes and movement. Little Tots Tennis is a very fun-filled and active program which aims to keep your child fit, healthy and achieve a basic understanding of tennis.

Little Stars 6-9 Years
Focus is on stroke improvement, footwork, depth perception and we challenge pupils to play out points to establish an understanding of how to play the game. The serve is alse highlighted as it is one of the most important strokes in tennis. The more serious players should start playing club competition and round-robin tournaments.

Junior Stars 10-14 Years
Development at this age will determine how a childs technique will be shaped for the future years ahead. We focus on spending time on correctly moulding and polishing technique, increasing work rate on matchplay, strategy, physical conditioning and footwork. To compliment tennis lessons, pupils should be involved in a squad program and for the more serious player some tournaments should be played but mainly Australian junior ranking tournament (AJR).

Future Stars 15 years plus
Lessons focus on increased workload through drilling whilst maintaining technique, continuing a high level of strategy and tactical drills along with a high level of physical conditioning and matchplay. Pupils playing competition should be involved in squad training to ensure pupils reinforce all areas of their game including matchplay and mental strength. The more serious player should play 6-8 AJRs and approx 15 open tournaments, including some futures and satelites events.

Private Lessons
A private lesson is a one-on-one class that focuses on finer stroke development and technique including strategy, footwork, match-play and mental conditioning. It is an intensive class for those students who are ready to seriously progress their game further.

Squad Programs
Squad training focusses on developing technique through various intensive drills as well as emphasis on footwork and physical conditioning. Tactical and strategic game planning are highlighted so that pupils implement all aspects of game during match play.

School Holday Clinics
A very popular program for all pupils which is held in the first week of every school holidays. Tennis Clinics are suitable for beginners right through to intermediate levels from age 3 to 16 years.
