Thornbury Aero Strike Junior Karate
Aerostrike have created a contemporary free-style martial arts program, combining the traditional values of Karate and the Martial Arts, for youth and children, as well as adults. The Program is designed to provide children with the opportunity to develop self-discipline and self-esteem. Children experience the positive aspects of achievement as they progress both physically and intellectually. Martial Arts instills students with leadership skills, responsibility and setting goals. For children five years of age and over.
The Aerostrike Karate program helps to develop the mind and body; to learn and develop skills that will only be used in self-defence and in the defence of others. The Program also promotes health and personal development.
Dojo located at Karate Hall (AALC) opposite Henderson Park.
