The seawater pool will stimulate your senses and relax your mind, while the buoyancy and healing properties of natural seawater go to work to relieve muscle soreness, injuries and skin ailments, as well as restoring your energy and wellbeing.

Just take a dip, or join in any of our low-impact aquatic therapy classes or other pool sessions, which include deep water running, aqua motion and aqua aerobics, lap swimming, swimming lessons, pre and post-natal classes, hydrotherapy classes, and muscle tone sessions. Whether you are a complete beginner wanting to build your confidence in the water, or an experienced swimmer wanting to improve your stroke, now is the time to call and enrol in one of the following classes:
  • Beginners program
  • Stroke Correction
  • Private Personal Training
Each term runs concurrent with Victorian public school terms. Our classes are run by qualified and caring instructors, and include Aqua Babes, a Swim and Survive program, a Junior Squad and Summer Splash Intensive swim programs.

With our heated, low chlorine seawater pool, and adult and baby change facilities, St Kilda Sea Baths is the best place for your kids to have fun, and learn how to be safe and confident in the water.
