The original Rotary Endeavour sunk (=was replaced) and now Rotary Endeavour ll proudly sails the blue seas in its place. Perched next to the bay is a wooden pirate ship with enough climbing / sliding possibilities to keep any pirate happy. There is also a yellow speed boat on rockers if a pirate ship isn't fast enough for you, spinning cup which you can sit in and spin around, three in-ground trampolines, birds nest swing and wooden log see-saw.

There is a lovely sandpit under shade sails with water pump. People have left some buckets, spades and toy trucks in the sandpit.

This area has been created for people who miss a loved one. Spare a moment to sit and reflect on those who have touched our lives and remember their joyful time with us. They will live forever in our hearts. Beside the sandpit is a panel with the following poem

Something Beautiful Remains by Martha Vashti Pearson
The tide recedes, but leaves behind
Bright seashells on the sand.

The sun goes down but gentle warmth
Still lingers on the land.

The music stops and yet it lingers on
In sweet refrain.

For every joy that passes
Something beautiful remains.

There is also an area with water sprinklers mounted on poles which are activated by a see-saw.

There is also seating under shade sails, unshaded seats, water tap, small grassy area and another sandpit. Across the road is the North Point cafe and most parking in the area is paid parking from 8am to 8pm ($6 per hour or $18 per day).
