Located in Central West Shopping Centre - Shop and Play. Hmm. The Play Centre has a large open feel with good visibility of the play areas from the large area with tables.

The right wall is lined by the food serving area and shop selling toys, video games and four nicely decorated party rooms in various themes. The back wall has the main climbing structure and a large area enclosed by netting walls for kicking around balls of varying sizes and hardness). The left wall has a jumping castle and a toddler area.

There are heaps of small tables in the central area which can be joined together as required depending on the size of your group.

The main structure is two levels high and is deceptively packed with features. There is a two level spiral slide, padded ramp to enter the innards of the structure, dual wave slides which are steep at the top, a very steep slide next to the other slides which is two levels high, netting bridges, padded levels, one level high tunnel slide, padded inclined walkway, plane cockpit, ball pit (enclosed) with a metal slide into the pit and a flying fox. The main structure was accessible for parents and kids and I liked the fact that Dads and kids could go down the slides together.

The enclosed area for playing ball sports has a basketball net and soccer goals. Kids and dads had a lot of fun in here.

The toddler area is fenced and has a comfy couch for parents, three cubbies, structure with soft ramp and steep little metal slide, jumping castle, panels, ball pit, little tables and various play toys.

There are heaps of electronic games and a carousel to consume any extra money you were trying to save up for a rainy day. Food was reasonably priced but tables were cleaned quite slowly.

This place has great potential, but needs a thorough clean, and some basic maintenance seen to e.g the toddler gate which seems to have been broken for an eternity. Emails go unanswered.

Absoloutely love this place! Oh and so do my kids!! Very nice knowing that they are in an enclosed area and to see and know where they are at all times. Nice clean centre with lots of activities for the kids to enjoy! Even the little ones with the toddler area. The loyalty card is also an added bonus to definately keep me coming back.

Visited this playground recently and was very disapointed! Walked in with my 7 month old son, was not welcomed or said hi to only that it would cost $7, i mentioned his age and pointed to the signage that stated he was free, but was told all children regardless had to pay! I payed as i was excited for a morning out with my boy, however felt i was being stared down the entire time by the counter staff. I left quite shortly after this, and visited another playground which i had a much better experience at! Will definitely not be attending here again, & suggest you don't both either, there are heaps nicer playgrounds within 5 minute drive of this one. **I should add i did email the company after i left to explain my disgust at the way i was treated by staff there, and did not recieve a reply. Showing to me that the manager cares just as much about customer service as the front staff do!

Having visited the centre this morning I would highly recommend it, especially if you have an energetic toddler who needs to let off steam. One of the best toddler play areas we have been to, with loads of activities to cater for everyone. The centre including toilets were spotless.
