Horrible grumpy old woman works/owns the place. Doesn't smile at the kids. Great play centre but the old woman ruined the experience. My 2 year old wanted a smiley face stamp on her hand which she always gets when we leave and she refused. Quite disappointing for her and for me.

I found the staff to be super friendly here for the couple times I've been. My coffee wasn't very good the first time so didn't go back until recently. Then it was great the second time! And I had the best toasted sandwich ever! Oh and the play centre's good too :) (just referring to the under three area as I have a 1.5yo).

Found the staff to be quite rude and un-accommodating. A real shame.

Wonderful playcentre - clean and well organised. Kids love the climbing and slides, parents love the variety of foods and drinks - fabulous hot chocolates too! Well worth the visit. I've been taking my daughter to Rare Bears regularly for 6 years and she's had two birthday parties there. I was present during a surprise visit from some kind of health and safety inspector about 12 months ago and being a nosy mum, I asked how they rated. He wouldn't tell me the specifics, but he did say it was the highest rated in the district - so that's something!
