Aughtie Drive, Albert Park



Next to Grand Prix grandstands. A playground to race to (keeping to the speed limit of course!) Ticketed parking. Huge wooden fort style playground with lots of places to explore. Plenty of swings, slides, tunnels and various walkways and bridges. Sheltered BBQ and tables. Some shaded tables and seats under the trees. Toilets.

Hi Admin, is it a pedestrian underpass or can you drive under and i'm guessing there's parking there? There is a underpass for cars which leads to a parking area next to the train station or there is parking off Aughtie Drive (city side of Pit Lane)

Is this place still there? Followed address to 37 aughtie drive yesterday but couldn't find it anywhere! Anyone know? Admin - Yes, there is an access point from Canterbury Road via an underpass (near the intersection of Armstrong Street and Canterbury Road)

This is the best playground I have been to in Melbourne. My child loved it and so did I. Kept us there for at least a couple of hours, plenty to keep us busy and it's safe too. A fantastic find..pity we live in Sydney!
