Jells Park (East) Playground, Waverley Road, Wheelers Hill
Shortest access from parking area 3 towards the Elms Picnic Area. My tree recognition is not the greatest but I couldn't see any Elm trees. Maybe I need help from John Gould's "What tree is that?" - I'm sure he must have written such a book after finishing his bird books. There are three structures of differing sizes (I am renaming this playground to Goldilocks and the three structures). The main structure has a couple of slides, curved walkway, various types of ladders, monkey bars and 4 swings. There is one very small structure with a small slide and another bit larger with 2 slides, steps and ladders. One springer. Plenty of wood based BBQs and tables in the shade. It is quite a long walk from the car park - so don't tire out the kids too much if you expect them to walk back to the car.
