The play space is centred around a huge turtle with a wooden structure lining two sides of the playground area. One end is high and challenging with a high scrambling wall, spiral slide, cubby underneath with seats, shop front, high rope bridge and dual wave slides. A walkway leads to a lower area with wave slide, steps, steering wheel and telescope and a rope traverse leads to a medium sized rope pyramid climbing frame. The high sides of the structure have slots on the walls to allow good climbers to strut their stuff.

The playground also has a large stand-on carousel where Dad is going to get tired pretty quickly, so bring along a few spare work horses to extend the fun, a giant green grasshopper which could clean out the Wimmera wheat paddocks all by itself, birds nest swing which twists and turns so much that it would make Elvis jealous, four standard swings, speak and listen system, lovely xylophone, wooden mushrooms, and a dry rocky creek bed (which is crying out for a water feature to be added).

Look out for embedded creatures in the logs and fossils embedded in the paths. If you forget your watch and have an appointment, no problem, since there is an analemmatic sundial which enables you to simply tell the time using your shadow (don't rely on this method in the evening though).

Next to the playground are two unshaded tables and further away are more shaded and unshaded tables around a grassy area with a water tap. There are some toilets away from the playground area.

The playground was upgraded in 2015.
