Gerry Green Reserve Playground, Keith Street, Parkdale
There's quite a nature feel to the playground with lots of wood being used to create the play equipment. The main structure has dual wave slides, scrambling wall, shop front, tunnel, little metal slide, cubby underneath with seat, rope ladder, distorting mirror, fireman's pole and log steps.
There is a big sandpit with diggers, spinning cup with handwheel, rope obstacle climbing area, birds nest swing and three standard swings. Also a see-saw with wooden log and a beautiful horse springer which looks like it escaped from a carousel.
A shelter with two tables and BBQs plus two unshaded tables, shaded seat and water tap. There is some grassy area and next to an oval.
