You don't need to bring a partner, as there is always a mix of people, and plenty of fully qualified staff at each of our classes! Some of our dances are progressive dances in which you change partners, and other dances allow you to dance with the partner of your choice. Our adult dance classes are guaranteed to be tremendous fun, and are a great way to meet people and keep fit at the same time!
