The high end of the play structure has a long wave slide, high scrambling wall, steep climber with half circles, suspended ladder, chain bridge, chain traverse, flying fox, horizontal bars and monkey rungs. Also swings, truck springer and plane springer.

Three unshaded tables next to playground and toilets. Down below, beside the cricket oval is a long shelter with BBQ and two tables and seats. There are more unshaded tables next to the Glenelg River.

The park is located at the western end of Blair Street, just on the outskirts of town.

The park is dedicated to the memory of Johnny Mullagh, a famous Aboriginal cricketer. Johnny was born in 1841 on Mullagh Station, about 10 miles north of Harrow and learned to play cricket whilst working on the adjoining Pine Hills agricultural property. He was a member of the famous 1868 Aboriginal cricket tour of England where the team played 47 matches and managed 14 wins, 14 losses and 19 draws. Mullagh scored 1877 runs, took 245 wickets and even achieved four stumpings as a wicket-keeper. He later joined the Melbourne Cricket Club as a professional but returned home after a short time due to homesickness. There is a statue erected in his honour and anyone with an interest in cricket or the human spirit will fall under the spell of his story.
