Jells Road Reserve Dog Off Leash Area (Wheelers Hill)

The off-leash area is located opposite Caulfield Grammar on the west side of Jells Road. A big rectangular grassy area under powerlines. There are a few trees lining the south side which has an asphalt path. There are tennis courts at the western end. Fences of houses line the south and north sides. There is a bin but no water tap.
