Large areas of grassed land without trees with access via Marine Parade, between Hodgins Road and Cool Store Road. The area has some gravel paths running through the area. There is a track running around the perimeter which are shared use and dogs need to be on a leash while on or near these tracks. There are some unshaded seats.
At the large carpark there is a bin and a water tap with bowl south of the carpark.
