Greensborough Tennis Club (Greensborough)

Greensborough Tennis Club (Greensborough)

Founded in 1923 with a single court and shed on the banks of the Plenty River, Greensborough Tennis Club enjoys a rich history. From the 1930's, a marque club of the district for more than five decades, our club is enjoying a resurgence in recent years.

The club has 6 en-tout-cas courts. There are 4 courts in Greensborough Park and 2 more courts across the bridge.

From those who are new to tennis, to seasoned competitors and those who play for the simple love of our game, you are very welcome at Greensborough Tennis Club, so please enjoy this wonderful sport and our great Banyule Council supported facilities.

Greensborough Tennis Club is unashamedly a competitive club. We have teams for Women, Mixed Doubles, Men, VETS, Pennant and a full range of junior competition. We have a team for everyone, regardless of ability form those just starting out to those wanting a challenge.

Social Tennis - Either as a group of friends, President's Day or as Mid-Week Social tennis our members have many opportunities to simply play tennis. The club has a proud competitive spirit which is founded on the friendships made through our sport. These are underpinned by our social tennis calendar.

Coaching - Our coaching team is led by Michael Collins. Lessons, both group and private, are offered for all ages and abilities.
