The exercise equipment is tailored to seniors but is suitable for anyone over 13 years. There are pull downs (one side for wheelchair users and the other side has a seat), recumbent cycle, leg swing, cross trainer, three parallel bars, hand wheel, sit-up board, body twist and shoulder rotation wheel.
