You must be at least 10 years old to climb at Flow. If you are thinking of bringing your minor/s in for a climb, do keep an eye on them as they familiarise themselves with the climbing space. We require the following adult to minor ratio: 1:2 for 10-12 year olds, 1:4 for 13-14 year olds

Flow Fundamentals Class
Get started on the right track by learning the fundamentals of bouldering from our experienced trainer. Get feedback and personalised training tips to benefit your climbing. After the class, you're welcomed to stay and climb as long as you like. Suitable for families as well. Max class size 6.

Flow Progression Class
If you are climbing grades Light Blue, Dark Green and entering into Light Green, this class is for you!
