Chelsea Concert Band
The Chelsea Concert Band is a community band, consisting of approximately 25 players of all ages and grades who play a wide range of instruments and music from popular to traditional styles.
The band is non-competitive, and performs throughout the year at concerts, fetes, retirement villages, promotions etc, and welcomes enquiries for performances.
Musicians range in age from 14 to 90+ and players need to be at about grade 2 level on their instrument to get the most out of rehearsals.
The band rehearses most Monday evenings at the Chelsea (Longbeach) RSL Hall from 7:15pm till 9:30pm. We welcome players of all ages and instruments.
The band is supported by the City of Kingston.
