Our gymnastics programming, which is aligned to Gymnastics Australia curriculum, is designed to create a fun interactive learning pathway to help your child progress from a beginner, who's figuring out how everything works, to an intermediate or advanced gymnast. All while developing essential physical and behavioural skills, and a life-long passion for leading a healthy happy life that encompasses sport and recreation.
Programs
BK's Gymnastics offers gymnastics programs for all ages. Our key programs are:
Kinder Gym: 3 Months to 5 Years
This play-based program is designed to help your little one discover and build key social, physical, and cognitive skills, like hand and eye coordination, balance and stability. Equipment and educational resources are used in the 45-minute classes to assist in the learning process. For kids aged three years and below, parents are encouraged to join in to play and bond with their little one.
Gym Fun: 5-8 Years
This program is designed to teach your little one key movement patterns, like balancing and jumping, and swinging and moving in different ways. The classes will also help your little one grow their fitness, flexibility, coordination. As well as problem solving abilities and confidence - attributes that last a lifetime.
Gym Skills: 8+ Years
This program is designed to teach your budding gymnast all the gymnastics tricks and skills they dream of. The classes are suited to both intermediates and advanced, with bars, beams, floor and vaults used to build their gymnastics abilities and long-term fitness and strength.
FreeG Kids Ninja: 7 Years and Over
A new and rapidly developing activity encouraging participants to use traditional gymnastics equipment in new ways, with a mix of acrobatics, parkour, free-running, martial arts, tricking and break dance!
FreeG explores your own limits and abilities through a series of challenging obstacles and a wide variety of 'Warrior Circuit' activities to keep children active and engaged, as well as learning some impressive tricks!
