Belgrave South Scout Group (1st)

1st Belgrave South Scout Group has a Joey scout mob (age range: 5-7), Cub scout pack (age range: 8-10), Scout troop (age range: 11-14), Venturer unit (age range: 15-17) and Rover Crew (age range: 18-25).

We have been here for over 50 years and continue to be one of the strongest Groups up in the hills. From the 5 year old Joey through to the 26 year old Rovers - we offer it all. We primarily serve the Tecoma, Belgrave and Selby areas but we have members that come from as far away as Ferntree Gully and Cockatoo. They must think we are worth travelling to!

We are fortunate to have a strong team of Leaders running great programs.

Scouting is open to girls and boys from the age of 5. The aim of Scouting is to encourage the physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual development of young people so that they take a constructive place in society as responsible citizens, and as a member of their local, national and international communities.
