Belgrave Heights Tennis Club
Our friendly tennis club which is located at Central Park, welcomes new members and offers programs suitable for Juniors and Adults of all abilities interested in playing tennis.
We have 2 traditional en tout cas clay courts providing a soft porous surface and 3 Plexicushion courts that provide consistent bounce and sure footing. Courts are available for hire and the club offers a variety of coaching services.
Competition
Our Junior members compete in the BDTA and Waverley district weekend competition on Saturday and Sunday mornings and our Senior members play in the KDNTA mid week night competion. We currently have seniors playing Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings in both Mens doubles and Mixed doubles.
Coaching
Usually, children begin in group lessons and progress into private lessons and onto squads, while competing in competitions/tournaments. We coach all students with a view to playing competition. Coaching services available from The Tennis Institute are:
- After School Group Lesson Times available by arrangement and according to age and standard.
- Daytime/Night time Private Adult Groups available by arrangement.
- Private Lessons available by arrangement most days/nights for Adults & Children
- Squads are available for the more serious junior players
- Cardio Tennis Program
- Tennis Australia Hot Shots Program
- Full racquet service/re-stringing and equipment sales
- Professional & Qualified coaches
Courts are available for hire.
