Beaumaris Community Centre Tennis Club (Beaumaris)

Come and be part of a fun, vibrant and family-friendly tennis club where the main purpose of the Beaumaris Community Centre Tennis Club is for everybody to enjoy the great sport that is tennis, and be part of a greater community.

Beaumaris Community Centre Tennis Club offers well maintained tennis facilities at reasonable cost for the use of members and non members from the local community.

It provides facilities for members to play tennis in an inter-club organised team competition, intra-club social competition or social play.

Facilities
The Beaumaris Community Centre Tennis Club has 7 well maintained tennis courts. Courts 1 to 6 are red porous clay and court 7 is plexipave.

There is a well equipped clubhouse which includes ladies and men's change rooms with showers and a fully functional kitchen. A BBQ is available for the use of all members at no cost.

The courts are surrounded by lawns and trees which provide a relaxed viewing environment. The Beaumaris Community Centre Tennis Club is part of the Beaumaris Community Centre Reserve. There are children's playgrounds in the reserve as well as a library, senior citizens club and a local arts group.

Competition
The club offers a variety of competitions including weekend competitions including the Bayside Regional Tennis Association, Tennis Victoria (Pennant) and Moorabbin & Districts 17 & Under Junior Tennis Association. Club championships are held once a year and provide an opportunity for all members of the club to partake in a fun annual competitive event.

Coaching
Beaumaris Community Centre Tennis Club offers tennis coaching facilities to the local community though our two club coaches Tom Paino and Andrew Frankeni from Smart Athlete Tennis.

Social Tennis
It also offers a number of social competitions including Tuesday nights mixed, Thursday night men's, senior men's social tennis and mid week ladies competitions.
