Beaconsfield Tennis Club

The Beaconsfield Tennis Club, locally known as the Beacy Tennis Club, has been around for more than fifty years. We are located in the Beaconsfield Recreation Reserve beside the picturesque surroundings of the Cardinia Creek and the Beaconsfield Flora and Fauna Reserve on the south-eastern outskirts of Melbourne.

Beaconsfield Tennis Club has excellent facilities and offers services to cater for the needs of every person keen to play tennis, no matter what your standard of play. There are four en tout cas courts and five synthetic grass courts, all floodlit. The cub rooms are recently renovated and provide disabled access and viewing to all courts.

Membership
We have a range of membership categories from Juniors through to Seniors and Families. Membership rates are very competitive and provide the following benefits:

Use of the courts whenever they aren't being used for competition or coaching.
Option to play competition tennis
Discounted fees for night tennis social competitions

Competition
Beaconsfield tennis has a range of competition options for both members and non members. Members are welcome to play in the following competitions covering all standards:

- Saturday morning Junior competition
- Saturday afternoon Senior competition
- Tuesday and Wednesday mid week Ladies

Members as well as non members are also welcome to join our 'in club' social competitions:

- Wednesday 7:30pm Unisex Doubles competition. Matches are played at both Beaconsfield and Officer Tennis Clubs courts.
- Thursday 7:30pm Men's Doubles

Coaching
Coaching is provided by Paul Rowbottom

Court Hire
Synthetic grass courts are available for hire by the public only when not in use. Competition and coaching has precedence. The en tout cas courts are for member use only.

Court hire cost is $10.00 per court (per hour). The key is available from 'Beacy Flake Fish & Chips', Beaconsfield Shopping Plaza, Shop 2, 55 Old Princes Highway, Beaconsfield. Entry to Beaconsfield Shopping Plaza also from Beaconsfield Emerald Road. A Court Key will be issued when a deposit of $20.00 is paid and will be refunded on return of the key on the same day.
