Aria Calisthenics (Pakenham)

Aria Calisthenics is a member of the Australian Calisthenics Federation Inc. and Calisthenics Victoria Inc. We are located in Pakenham, within the South East region.

Our Coaches are fully qualified with Level 1 Australian Sports Commission accreditation, hold a minimum Level 1 First Aid Certificate and current Working with Children checks.

We welcome students of all ages and experience to come and share our passion for Calisthenics while learning many life skills that they will take with them along their life journey.

Calisthenics creates strong, confident performers, both on and off the stage. It is a unique combination of dancing, singing, gymnastics and technical skills for all ages and abilities.

There are classes for Tinies, Sub-Juniors, Juniors, Intermediates, Seniors and Masters.
